* To get an accurate measurement, wrap a string or strip of paper around the area you'll wear the jewelry (wrist, ankle, neck, finger). 

* Mark the point on the string where it overlaps. Hold the string up to a ruler to get the exact measurement. 

* Use an online size chart or conversion tool to match your measurement with a size.
